Welcome to THE ALLGOOD LAKE JUNALUSKA APARTMENT!!!!  A very nice one bedroom/1 bath apartment with a double bed and efficiency kitchen located on the lower level of home with separate entrance.  Enjoy stunning views of beautiful Lake Junaluska and the surrounding mountains from the patio.  Watch for bald eagles circling above and listen for ducks and Canada geese as you relax, dine, and enjoy the best that a mountain lake vacation can offer. This apartment is located in the heart of the Lake Junaluska Assembly. All Lake Junaluska Conference Center meeting spaces are a convenient 5 minute walk. An outdoor swimming pool, a large playground for children ages 2-10, canoe, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, a mini-golf course, tennis courts, a basketball court, a gift shop with an ice cream counter, and a cafe are all within an easy walk.  Any recreation fees would be on your own. The walking trail around Lake junaluska is directly accessible from the apartment. The Lake Junaluska Golf Course is a five-minute drive. An entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is a 10-minute drive. Downtown Asheville is 35 minutes away. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Cherokee are only 45 minutes away. This property does NOT allow pets. If pet(s) are brought in,YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET, LIABLE FOR DAMAGE AND SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm.  You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our Reservation system that must be signed as part of this agreement.

We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

NO fireworks are permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard
